Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and online services operated by Infinite Inc. (“Infinite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Purchases are also subject to our Sales and Refunds policy.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the site or related systems;
• Scrape or harvest content or data in a way that harms site performance or violates law;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or placing orders; or
• Use the site to send spam or engage in fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our customers, or our business.

We try to display products, finishes, dimensions, and prices accurately. Colors may vary due to screen settings, photography, and natural wood variation. Measurements are approximate.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice before you complete an order. If we discover a clear pricing or inventory error after you place an order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged, and we will notify you.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

Site content — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and layout — is owned by Infinite or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site content for commercial use without our prior written permission.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors or shipping carriers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product warranties, if any, are described separately in product materials or at checkout and are not expanded by this section.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimer limitations. In those places, our disclaimers apply only to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the site.

Except for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is not allowed), our total liability related to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to defend and hold harmless Infinite from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at usinfinitetrade@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, either party may pursue claims in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms do not require arbitration or limit your ability to bring an individual claim in small claims court where that court has jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply going forward. If you continue to use the site after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
